| Trethorne Invests in Market Research |
Trethorne has recently completed a comprehensive market research project with Cream Communications, based in Plymouth. The scope of the research was wide ranging and covered current and ex-members, residential guests, societies, business users and local companies. The approach included written questionnaires, focus groups and telephone interviews. Jon Grainger, proprietor, is encouraged by the output from the project “The information gained from the work carried out by Cream gives us a real and factual platform on which to base future marketing and strategic decisions”.
