Conference Suite Rates & Packages

We would be delighted to build a bespoke conference package that is suitable for your individual business requirements, or you may choose from the following options.

Meeting Room Only

• Full Day Hire (8am – 5pm)   £150.00
• Half Day Hire (up to 4 hours)   £90.00
• Hourly Rate   £25.00

Room Hire includes:

• Iced water & cordial
• Mints
• Conference paper & pencils
• Conference name cards
• All in-house audio-visual equipment

Day Delegate Package - £22.00 per person (half day - £14.00)

• Conference Suite hire and the items listed above
• Arrival tea, coffee & biscuits
• Mid morning tea & coffee
• 7 item finger buffet
• Mineral water and orange juice with lunch
• Afternoon tea, coffee & biscuits

Deluxe Day Delegate Package - £29.00 per person (half day - £18.00)

• Conference Suite hire and the items listed above
• Arrival tea, coffee & a selection of pastries
• Mid morning tea & coffee
• 2 course fork buffet or 8 item finger buffet
• Mineral water and orange juice with lunch
• Afternoon tea, coffee & biscuits

24 hour Delegate Package - £71.00 per person

• Includes all items listed in the Day Delegate Package
• Three course dinner
• Overnight en-suite accommodation based on two people sharing
• Full breakfast
• Reduced green fee rates
