Staff Vacancies

Sous Chef

Second Chef required to support Head Chef in busy kitchen with a turnover approaching £300,000 pa. A varied role dealing with hotel residents, golfers, conferences, weddings and private functions. Suitable experience required for such a key position with relevant qualifications. Intermediate food hygiene certificate preferrable. Competitive salary dependant upon experience.

Housekeeping Staff

Housekeeping staff required to work in the Hotel & Clubhouse. Hours of work vary between 8am - 4pm, 7 days per week. Part time hours available. Experience preferred but not essential.

Restaurant Staff

Waiters / waitresses required for busy club restaurant and bar, to include recently opened Conference Suite. Experience not essential, however, must posses a confident, positive and friendly personality, and enjoy delivering excellent customer service.
